1. Preheat oven 165 degress celsius.
2. Stuff neck and body cavities of turkey with Wild Rice Stuffing.
3. Tie up bird and place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
4. Roast, uncovered, 4 hours or to an internal temperature of 80 degrees celsius.
5. When turkey begins to brown, cover lightly with a tent of aluminium foil. Baste occasionally with butter during roasting.
